Adviser and companion: You are the first contact for our local sales partners. For all questions concerning business operations, marketing measures or business economic topics, please contact us with advice and action. Within your care area, you will be responsible for an existing strain of entrepreneur agencies. Networkers with passion: They expand our sales network, attract new partners for the Continental and inspire them for long-term cooperation. The onboarding of new sales partners is in your hands: They support new sales partners in building their entrepreneurship agency, clarify open questions and are available as consultants. Organiser of Initiatives: You plan and implement events for our local sales partners and actively engage in cross-border projects and working groups.

Education or studies: You have completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance or a successfully completed study. Experience in sales: You know the insurance distribution and you know how salespeople are ticking. Sales personality: They inspire people, build sustainable networks and are passionate partners at eye level. Flexibility and proximity: They like to travel and ideally live in the care area.
