And you also have a skillful hand for the subtleties that make the shopping experience so unique with us: you lead and develop your team with passion and touch. For an unforgettable shopping experience, you will set our products perfectly in the scene. You are responsible for the collection and development of personnel in your store. You keep your company's key figures, processes and targets in mind and control your store successfully. You bring your ideas to the store everyday (from the compilation of our jewels to the training on the floor). Organize the store, keep an overview, delegate, prioritize – even in high-traffic phases you keep a cool head.

You shine with your love for sale and a clear focus on excellent customer service.
