GOLDBECK Facility Services includes the service spectrum of integrated facility management with its own technical service, as well as advice on the optimal management and maintenance of real estate. Main contact person of our customers with comprehensive object responsibility Responsible for the planning and execution of the technical facility management Qualified and proactive customer support and advice Concept creation for optimization measures including economic consideration, e.g. for energy improvement measures Responsible for project management in comprehensive and complex special services (reconstructions and renewals etc.)

Complete studies (probably in the fields of construction/economy engineering, technical building equipment or facility management), alternatively master qualification from the field of supply/electronic engineering Multiannual professional experience required in Facility Management Customer and service-oriented thinking and acting Ability to interact at different hierarchical levels and enjoy developing tailor-made solutions and subsequently implementing them
