Head of Logistics (m/w/d)

For our customers, an international company from the automotive industry, we are looking for a logistics (m/w/d) manager in the Erzgebirge, at the next possible time, for direct and indefinite customer service.

In this position, you will lead a team of about 90 employees in different reporting lines and are responsible for the entire logistics area.

Discipline and professional leadership of the logistics sector Planning and control of series sequences Ensuring material availability and further development of logistics concepts Conducting capacitance considerations based on clock times and layer system, error times and capacitance losses Congestion control in critical delivery situations - Planning and monitoring of the cost center budget - Support of the CS

Complete studies in the field of business management or engineering Multiannual professional and leadership experience in the logistics of an industrial company Expressed analytical skills and very high level of self-initiative Communication strength, a sovereign occurrence and a good enforcement capability Good MS Office knowledge as well as handling ERP systems Flowing German and good English skills
