In your working day: Collection of goods, storage organisation and inventory: You take over the acceptance and clearance of goods in the central warehouse of the Johanniter Luftrettung, control and collect all goods entering and outgoing in the system of goods and ensure proper storage by the continuous monitoring of stocks and expiry periods. In consultation with the warehouse manager, you will remove orders if necessary.

Commissioning and internal distribution of goods: The need-oriented compilation of medical needs for the connected air rescue centres is one of your tasks as well as the internal redistribution of the goods and the reliable provision of the materials.

Quality assurance and inventory: Through regular quality controls and participation in inventory, you contribute to compliance with quality standards and transparency in stock.

Communication and coordination of external partners: In exchange with suppliers and transport service providers, you coordinate delivery processes and ensure a smooth process.

Organisation, service and support in the air rescue center: The issue of personalized service clothing is your responsibility. In addition, you monitor cleanliness and order throughout the air rescue center, support facility management and administration, take over messenger rides and work with events.
