Competent support and advice of our customers by phone, email and correspondence Active new customer acquisition by telephone and written acquisitions as well as sales and marketing measures Determination of individual customer requirements and creation of suitable offers for our services Responsible handling of customer requests, orders and complaints Management and maintenance of customer and master data in the ERP system (Navision BC) Support of the external service in appointment preparation and customer support Cooperation with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure high service quality

You have completed commercial training You have fun and experience in contact with customers by phone and bring your communication strength and empathy ability to appear You show a high self-initiative, motivation and also resilience You bring results- and service-oriented thinking and action with You are helpful and value good team collaboration You control the current MS Office applications You ideally have knowledge of the handling of our ERP system Navision BC
