You are responsible for implementing the technical building management and control the service providers You are responsible for ensuring operator responsibility with the help of software-assisted testing and maintenance plans and their monitoring It also covers the maintenance of necessary data (in the CAFM system) and the provision of data quality in your area of responsibility. You are responsible for cost, quality and time management You are involved in the preparation of tenders for maintenance tasks You shall ensure the proper acceptance of works and shall examine incoming invoices In the case of the provision of supplementary cost accounting and service invoices, You take over the technical advice of the object management and the customers of the BLB NRW on technical installations from the point of view of the operator You develop structural solutions with an interdisciplinary team of various specialists and accompany, among other things, joint damages

You have a graduated degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the field of technical building equipment, facility management, electrical engineering, supply engineering, civil engineering or a comparable degree course or You have a successful conclusion to the state-tested technicians in the above-mentioned departments and a professional experience of at least four years in the field of engineering (e.g. by means of work certificates) or You have a successful degree as a master in the above-mentioned professions and a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in an occupation of engineering degree (e.g. by means of work certificates). Further requirements: Ideally, you can already present several years of professional experience in technical building management Knowledge of relevant relevant legal provisions (e.g. VOB, VOL, DIN etc.) You are a team-oriented personality with enforcement strength, negotiation and organisational skills and strong customer orientation Your safe handling of the application of Microsoft Office as well as relevant method and software knowledge complete your profile You bring certain knowledge of German that corresponds to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) You have the willingness and ability to guide a Service-Kfz

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately €51,460.00 – approx. € 82.590,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions). It is possible to carry out the same status of the applicants up to an A 12 LBesO A grade office.
