Your qualifications and skills: You have a state-recognized degree as an educatorwith a training as a specialist educatorin integration or a completed study of medical education or special education. You have experience in working with children and adolescents as well as the system school. You possess a wide range of methods and use them creatively in the sense of children and young people. You meet young people and their diverse youth culture with an accepting attitude. Communication, cooperation and team skills are of course the foundations for you. Your handling of proximity and distance to the representatives is professional.
