The staff service of KIT is responsible for over 10,000 employees from science, administration and technology and understands itself as a service facility that processes customer-oriented all personal questions. A focus is on staff support.

You are responsible for legal and customer-oriented solutions in all personnel-relevant, collective bargaining and labour-law issues as a contact person for executives and employees of your care area. Your tasks include: Responsibility for new recruitment, continued employment and the change of employment contracts in compliance with the time-limits; gross payment establishment and assessment of collective bargaining, cooperation with the Staff Council on individual measures; Support for cross-departmental support tasks and the efficient design of administrative processes.

You have a university degree in human resources management (Bachelor) or in a comparable field with professional experience in operational personnel work, well-founded knowledge of labour law as well as the right of temporary notice (TzBfG, ideally WissZeitVG) and desirable knowledge of collective bargaining (TV-L, TVöD), good knowledge of English in word and writing, a secure handling of MS-Office and first experiences with SAP/HCM (or comparable HR systems), a structured, solution- and service-oriented way of working, a binding occurrence, a high level of commitment and social competence.
