You are responsible for the management of shift, deployment, holiday and resource planning. With expert know-how, you ensure compliance with all process and quality requirements as well as the relevant safety regulations. We know the motivation and training of your employees in best hands. In the day-to-day business, you'll reach your team. Your responsibility is also to ensure the proper process execution and also to implement new processes. Last but not least, you work with our internal departments.

You have a relevant three-year completed professional experience and already have multi-year leadership experience in logistics. Ideally you have additional professional qualifications or experience in the automotive sector The handling of PC and MS Office software is routine for you. Very good German in word and writing is of course for you. You ideally have a BGG 925 forklift. Its independent and responsible way of working is both flexible and mobility. In addition, you are positive about our team and show your own initiative and commitment. The willingness to shiftwork Early and Late (exchange layer) is a prerequisite.
