To strengthen our maintenance team, we are looking for a backfill for administrative tasks in the field of manufacturing and facility at the earliest possible time. The tasks shall include: Project Management Office Budget Planning Maintenance costs WIE and cooperation in budget planning Investment Monitoring of budgets and cost centers Reporting of projects and cost centers Support and organisation of the individual technical approval tools. Projects (eCR, eSign, Pre-Alignment, ...) Training on project management in the plant Allg. organization + assistance activities Travel and training organisation (hotel bookings, travel bills, ...) Time recording (timer/r) Document Management (Compliance Quest) Administration (Denequa) Permission management (share management)
