HOAI Power Phases 6 - 9 Coordination of the construction project sequence Exchange and coordination with the project manager and the tenant Coordination of the construction company with the relevant building managers and architects Object monitoring and supervision as well as documentation Verification of the appropriate provision of written services and ensuring compliance with costs, dates and quality standards Authorisation and preparation of the necessary documents Participation in process optimization Coordination and management of construction meetings with the participants in the project

Completed study of civil engineering or architecture as an alternative to state-tested construction technicians multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Good knowledge of building-contractual regulations Self-employed, analytical and structured work Economic thinking and action Negotiating skills and enforcement and communication skills Ready to use and team skills
