We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in real estate: BIM Manager (m/w/d) BIM Strategy & Standards: You develop and implement the BIM strategy for the properties of Mainova and its subsidiaries. Define and update standards, processes, test rules and create test models.

Project support & object monitoring: You support project managers in the tendering and planning phase and actively participate in the object monitoring of construction projects.

Interface management & building operation: You take over the interface between BIM and CAFM to ensure strategic orientation and efficient building operation.

Software management & training: You develop used software, carry out training, take over administration and accompany the introduction of new systems.

Process optimization & test models: You create and maintain test models and drive the continuous optimization of BIM processes and standards.

Completed studies as an architect, civil engineer, economic engineer, geoinformatic, optionally with the certification buildingSMART Foundation or a comparable discipline

Found experience in BIM management, including implementation of BIM processes and standards

Knowledge of relevant software solutions, such as Solibri and Dalux, interfaces and understanding of planning and execution processes

Ability to coordinate interdisciplinary teams and optimize digital workflows
