Employee transfer - You actively participate in the recruitment process - from the creation of requirements profiles to the communication with temporary workers and departments to the independent coordination of operations Participation in day-to-day operations - You support the admin center in day-to-day business and take on the processing of defined processes Insights into Human Resources Management - You get comprehensive insights into the diverse processes of human resources management and accompany our HR Business Partners, among others, during employee talks Recruiting & Career Fairs - You accompany the Recruiting team in the organization and execution of career fairs - including preparation, participation and follow-up Participation in other HR topics - Depending on your needs, you can contribute to additional HR projects and topics, e.g. age, holiday employment, anniversary celebrations or HR project topics

degree course Business Administration (focus HR), (economic)psychology or comparable course of study You are interested in the operational personnel work and want to actively participate in the implementation of HR processes in everyday business – from administrative tasks to the support of employees and work in projects Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) You are drawing on your own initiative, a structured way of working, team skills and communication skills You work independently, reliably and bring a high level of sense of responsibility
