Place: Ottendorf-Okrilla

For our partner in Ottendorf-Okrilla, we are looking for a dedicated personality with a strong understanding of numbers and analytical vision that the controlling actively supports, shapes processes and thinks strategically. The organization and further development of the controlling is part of your task as well as active participation in its structure and efficiency. An important part of your role is precise liquidity planning. In addition to well-founded business evaluations, you create analyses and management reports, for example at cost centers, profitability or financial planning in the target-actual comparison. In regular reports, you provide the management with reliable basis for decision-making. The creation of forecasts, ad hoc analyses and continuous process optimization in controlling also fall within your responsibility.

Business studies with a focus on controlling or a comparable qualification (e.g. state-tested financial accountant) form the basis of your expertise. Your multiannual professional experience in a similar position shows that you are familiar with the challenges of the controlling. Extensive numerical affinity and a deep understanding of internal and external accounting are the same as knowledge in financial, investment and wage accounting. SAP will control you securely and use it specifically for analysis and process design. In addition to your very good knowledge of German and English, your profile is ideally rounded off by knowledge of Chinese culture.
