For our residence in RiWa, we are looking for the assistance of people with different mental and physical restrictions of participation at the next possible time

(m/w/d) **

in parttime (28–31 hours a week).

Your tasks

Pedagogical assistance:Our residents need individually adapted assistance. Therefore, you offer them professional educational support in the form of guidance, advice and takeover. They also provide assistance in basic care and are used in shift services with early and late services for residents.

Relationships:You support, accompany and promote people with mental and/or multiple disabilities – your activity will support the strengths of the individual individually and in a targeted manner.

**They accompany the residents in everyday life in the design of everyday life, are contact persons with questions of any kind, supporters in the management of personal crises and in the planning and implementation of social participation e.g. leisure activities, holiday trips etc.

*Responsibility: *Your organizational design is in demand, because participation design, documentation and the creation of development reports are also your tasks.

Your profile

Qualifications:You have completed vocational training as an educator, nursein, health caregiver, nursing caregiverin, elderly caregiver*in or a comparable qualification.

Empathy:You will enjoy dealing with people with different disabilities and desire for creative communication and relationship design with different groups of people in a multigeneration setting.

**They reflect their own actions and they are important for educational development. You are happy to work independently and we look forward to your suggestions to develop our facility.
