Facility Manager / Building Technician (m/f/d)

You carry out maintenance, repair and maintenance on buildings, plants and technical facilities. You process defect messages, troubleshoot and document your actions. You co-ordinate, monitor and introduce foreign companies – always with a view to security and quality. You monitor maintenance and testing intervals, testable systems and compliance with statutory requirements. You carry out small repairs, craftsmanship work and general utility activities across the factory. You take care of the order, cleanliness and care of the outdoor facilities including waste disposal. You work on technical projects and support process optimization in the facility area. You monitor utilities such as gas, electricity and water and manage counter readings.

You have a technical or craft training (e.g. electrics, SHK, mechanics, metal, facility or the like). Ideally, you have experience in facility management, home technology or electrical engineering. You have technical understanding, craftsmanship and a structured, reliable way of working. You are service-oriented, think solution-oriented and can master challenges sovereignly. You are team-ready, flexible and communication-intensive in dealing with internal and external partners. You are physically stressable and ideally bring altitude fitness. You have good German skills and willingness to shift or shift Ready to call. A stacker certificate is advantageous.
