Property management: Responsibility You provide holistic support for our properties in terms of technical and infrastructural issues. You communicate with our customers, tenants and service providers daily Recording: Perform precise inventory of properties and ensure highest quality standards through regular visits Planning: Create precise budget plans and keep the financial development in mind Control: Response the careful selection, commissioning and coordination of subcontractors Warranty Tracking: Keep an eye on warranty periods and implement necessary measures targeted Reportings: Writing You expressive reports to illustrate the technical performance transparently

Education or studies: completed engineering studies (construction/economic engineering, building technology, facility management) or master/technical training with demonstrable qualifications and expertise Professional experience: In commercial property management, ideally in a comparable position Service provider gene: Embossed service orientation to ensure that customer needs are understood and met, and to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction Communication strength to effectively interact with customers, service providers and within the team Independently: self-employment and organizational skills to manage projects independently, to set priorities and to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently
