Are you ready to take the rudder in your hand and start production (m/w/d) as a helper? This exciting position offers you the opportunity to gain valuable experiences and to take on diverse tasks in a dynamic working environment. Flexibility is required with a working time model in 2- or 3-shift systems – and never guarantees boredom!

• You are responsible for supporting the production processes and make sure everything runs smoothly.
• You control and sort products so that everything is as perfect as it should be.
• You are actively involved and take on general aids in production.
• Cooperation with a collegial team that supports you and motivates you.
• Adapt layer work – either in the two- or three-layer model.

We are looking for

• Experience in a production or comparable work area is advantageous, but no need.
• Ready to work in a 2- or 3-layer system and be flexible.
• Team skills, commitment and a high level of reliability.
• You score with a careful and responsible way of working.
• German knowledge, at least on A2 level, to ensure communication in the team.
