In the coming years, the German alliance companies are consistently driving the digitalization of the business forward. A central role is the Enterprise Architecture division within Allianz Kunde und Markt GmbH, which is responsible for three topics for the German Allianz companies (AZiD): Further development of business and IT architecture Development and updating of the IT strategy Security of IT compliance Within this area, the IT Strategy & IT Compliance Unit is located, to which the COO office is also assigned. Many workplace topics of Allianz customer and market (AKM) are currently being looked after decentralized or via the COO office and require more time and attention.

We are therefore looking for a speaker (m/w/d) who is working in the IT Strategy & IT Compliance Unit and in the COO office with a focus on Workplace & Operations at AKM. The aim is to develop the IT strategy and IT compliance, to improve the communication of IT and workplace topics, the sustainable support of IT-Changes, the long-term establishment in Business Continuity Management (BCM), as well as a forward-looking planning and expert support of IT-Risk management for AKM-relevant assets.

Completed studies of (economic) informatics, economics/BWL or a comparable qualification Professional experience in IT or consulting Affinity for strategic questions, developments of solution concepts and experience in the creation of decision templates and reporting Practical experience in handling and communication with senior management Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the IT of insurance companies (VAIT, DORA) Practical experience in managing projects and coordinating IT-Changes Experience in handling IT service or Workplace Management Questions and Business Continuity Management (BIA/BCP) German and good English skills in word and writing Interest in developing your knowledge using new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence or Internal ChatGPT
