Head of Public Relations & Fundraising (m/f/d)

We are the individual case aid Manufaktur e. V., a dedicated association that is committed to the inclusion of people with disabilities with great conviction. We accompany children and young people in Kita and School, support people in everyday life and develop outpatiently supervised housing concepts. Public relations and fundraising are key strategic areas of our organization. For this responsible position, we are looking for a guided person who thinks strategically, takes people and sustainably strengthens our external impact and the financial base.

Your mission: strategic management with operational responsibility You design, tax and develop the public relations work of our association strategically and at the same time ensure the sustainable development of our fundraising activities. As a leader you give orientation, create clear structures and strengthen your team. As a fundraising expert, you secure the financial basis of our projects and build long-term partnerships.

Your tasks: Head of Public Relations & Leadership • Professional, organizational and strategic management of the team Public Relations (4 employees) • Development and implementation of an overarching public work strategy • Responsibility for structures, processes, prioritization and quality assurance • Leadership, motivation and continuous development of employees • Close coordination with board, management and other departments • Project management of public campaigns and projects Fundraising & Mittelakquise • Conception, control and implementation of innovative fundraising strategies • Establishment, maintenance and strategic development of donors:internal, sponsors:internal and corporate relations • Developing long-term partnerships with companies, foundations and supporters • Planning, organisation and management of fundraising events • Planning target group-oriented fundraising communication (send calls, newsletters, brochures) • Monitoring, analysis and further development of all fundraising measures

Qualification & Experience • Complete studies or comparable training in the field of project management, marketing, non-profit management or similar disciplines • Multiannual experience in fundraising, sales or project management • Ideally leadership or project management experience – as well as the clear willingness to take responsibility Management competence • You make it clear, worthy and binding • You can structure, prioritize and develop teams Communication & network strength • You inspire people for our vision – internally and externally • You're acting confidently and you're building sustainable networks Working methods and attitude • Strategic thinking, independent and solution-oriented • Creative, inventive and open to new approaches • Identification with the values of an inclusive, non-profit carrier
