Product Finishing & Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)

We are looking for our location in Ahlen:

As a coordinator on a daily shift, you are the first manager for your operative team to complete and package our products in 3-shift operation.

You accompany and support the change in the current shower tray finishing (Solid Lite) towards automated plant processes.

You are a valuable member of the management team for our automated packaging hall and are happy to bear the responsibility for smooth processes – independently, efficiently and with quick fault management.

You drive the standardization and optimization of systems and processes every day for the finishing Solid Lite as well as for the packaging.

You are responsible for the optimal organization and qualification of your employees through shift plans, instruction and shopfloor work.

You act as a link and communicate not only with your team, but across the range with all partners along the value chain.

You have a technical training or a comparable degree that provides you with a solid basis, thereby bringing professional experience in the industrial environment, in particular in the areas of start-up management and process industrialization.

You are a technology acquainted and familiar with ERP systems (ideally SAP) as well as modern production facilities and support concepts.

You work analytically, precisely and with a high self-initiative.

You are passionate about cooperation and, in exchange with colleagues, bring forward the best ideas to strengthen logistics as a central component of our value chain.
