You are responsible for the design and implementation of strategic projects in the field of technology at our Oschersleben plant. Existing technical processes analyze and develop measures to optimize. In addition, you identify, evaluate and implement innovative technologies and processes to continuously develop our machines and processes. You plan and accompany projects such as re- and expansion measures – from the idea to commissioning. Keeping in mind costs, time and quality. You are working on the development of measures to save resources such as energy and water. Visiting trade fairs as well as maintaining and expanding contacts with machine manufacturers and suppliers completes your task area.

You have a degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a similar subject with a technical focus. You have several years of professional experience in the technical or industrial environment – ideally with project responsibility. Your own initiative, structured working methods and team skills are characterized. In addition, you convince by communication strength as well as safe occurrence in handling internal and external contacts.
