Tax Officer (m/f/d)

You analyze and evaluate business incidents and contracts in tax law. You create the monthly sales tax pre-registrations (organity) and determine the monthly pay tax relevant expenditure. You participate in the introduction of the Tax Compliance Management System and develop it further. You advise the HGF and departments in tax matters, if necessary after consultation with the tax advisor. You supervise tax audits and the annual audit by the DGUV e.V. You create the BgA's financial statements, participate in the preparation of the BG's annual financial statements and create the final statement (EMAS) to the DGUV e.V. You process requests for reimbursement from retained source tax. You carry out regular risk control of investments in compliance with the investment guidelines.

Completioned Bachelor's or Fachhochschulstudie mit der Fachrichtung Steuer e.g. Bachelor of Science/Laws, Diplom-Financialist/-in (Running Board Requirements for the Higher Non-Technical Service) or a comparable degree according to DQR-Niveau 6 e.g. Knowledge of the taxation of the public sector, in particular turnover tax, corporation tax, trade tax, capital income tax. Knowledge of laws and regulations for the accounting of statutory accident insurance. Safe handling of common IT systems, basic SAP skills. Good communication capability, accurate, structured and independent working, reliability, sense of responsibility, high loadability and readiness to use, willingness to constantly learn.
