Together with you and colleagues, we would like to advance the Tax Management area for HANSAINVEST. You can rely on maximum design space and bring your ideas and experiences. We are open to new things!

You support us in the filing and maintenance of tax-relevant documents, in particular tax decisions and tax office correspondence (electronic and physical) You can use the documentation of incoming tax rulings and other relevant tax documents with You prepare letters and letters, e.g. to financial offices or for internal votes You support the sorting, structuring and forwarding of mail inputs and make sure that relevant information reaches the competent authorities You carry out organizational and administrative tasks in the daily business of the Tax Management department and contribute to the smooth functioning of our processes You get a comprehensive integration into your tasks and are fully integrated into the department's daily processes Knowing the tax procedures and requirements of a capital management company With free capacities, you have the opportunity to take over further exciting tasks in the current daily business and in tax projects

You are studying Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Tax Law or a comparable degree course, ideally with tax reference You are IT-affin and go safely with Outlook, Word and Excel You work carefully, structured and reliable and have a good eye for details You have fun in administrative tasks and to bring order and structure into documents and processes You are interested in tax issues and regulatory requirements You go to tasks in a conscientious and process-oriented manner and get involved in the team Discretion and responsible handling of sensitive data are of course for you
