Development, implementation and continuous optimization of a holistic marketing and PR strategy to strengthen corporate and brand communication Control of internal and external communication and targeted PR measures to increase corporate reputation and media presence Building and maintaining CEO Branding and a strong network of relevant media representatives and stakeholders Strategic content development for various marketing channels to promote branding and positioning Coordination and control of agencies, service providers and project teams for the efficient implementation of marketing and PR measures Change management support through targeted internal and external communication measures Conducting market and competition analyses to identify new trends and potentials for corporate strategy

Complete studies in marketing, communication, PR, media sciences or a comparable field At least 5-7 years of professional experience in marketing communication and PR Detectable successes in the development and implementation of growth, marketing and PR strategies Excellent linguistic and conceptual skills Embossed negotiating, communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to manage external stakeholders in a sovereign and empirical manner Creativity, high initiative and entrepreneurial thinking as well as analytical and strategic skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
