For the Energy Transition segment, we are now looking for a local construction monitoring (m/w/d) that would not only take responsibility but also shape the future of a newly built business segment. This position requires a high degree of readiness, self-responsibility and loadability. Are you ready to take responsibility and prove your commitment? Your tasks include: They are responsible for the local construction monitoring and construction supervision according to HOAI performance phases 8 and 9 for engineering construction and installations in the field of civil engineering and special construction. They accompany project measures during the construction. They are in close customer contact and serve them during the execution phase.

They have a university degree as a Dipl.-Bauingenieur:in TU/FH, Bachelor or Master of Science or an equivalent degree. You have at least 3 years of professional experience in performance phases 8 and 9 as local construction monitoring. They bring professional experience in civil engineering and special depth construction. They have a sound knowledge of the technical regulations of German civil engineering (VOB/B, VOB/C, DIN standards). They are familiar with the German statutory regulations (§ 631 et seq. BGB). You have experience in procurement law. You control the application of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, AVA, SharePoint). They have very good German skills. You have a class B licence.
