Specialist in legal protection and product development (m/f/d)

As a specialist (m/w/d) in the Legal Insurance Department, you play a central role in the further development of our legal protection products. You work at the interface between different departments, sales partners and external partners and are responsible for coordinating product-related measures.

You will create all forms, such as tariff comparisons, tariff books, application documents and brochures. You support product development taking into account the IDD requirements and participate in the introduction of new products. You conduct market analyses to create the basis for further product development. You are in continuous exchange on product-relevant topics (e.g. the damage area to ARB contents). You co-ordinate and promote product campaigns and carry out training on product / tariff renewals. You answer questions from online comparators such as Financial Test or Stiftung Warentest and prepare the necessary overviews with the company's services and tariffs. You accompany mailing and sales activities and make a target group-oriented approach.

You have a completed vocational training as a merchant (m/w/d) for insurance or Account Manager (m/w/d) You have a multi-year professional experience in insurance, ideally in legal protection insurance. Ideally, you have first experience in product and tariff design and already have touch points with the IDD process. You solve your tasks independently, pragmatically and practice-oriented, do not let the economic relationships look out and have a quick understanding. You have a strong customer and service orientation and you are characterized by commitment and communication strength. You are creative and can not only motivate yourself but also others. You enjoy a cooperative and responsible work in a small team. Your actions are characterised by self-initiative, target and result orientation.
