You want supply chain management and want to develop yourself personally and professionally? Then the Capacity Management & Demand Planning (SC/IPK) department is right for you! We are responsible at the Böblingen/Sindelfingen site for the global demand and capacity management of all Mercedes-Benz Cars architectures as well as the associated processes and systems. We synchronize the needs and capacities between the production facilities of Mercedes-Benz Cars, the suppliers and the sales organization. Our work takes place in interdisciplinary teams and takes into account the global market situations. In addition, we analyze, optimize and digitize the operational work processes and continuously develop the process, system and method design. From September we are looking for several interns for our department. You will work in one of five teams covering different tasks. As part of your internship, you can expect exciting and diverse tasks, depending on your team: Reactive and preventive demand and capacity protection of production Participation in the determination of unit numbers and capacity requirements for the award process Implementation including preparation and follow-up of a departmental body Support in the development of processes and methods in the area of demand and capacity planning Working in agile product teams to digitize and develop internal processes and applications Self-coordination and implementation of team-wide projects in cooperation with other stakeholders Organization and moderation of workshops

Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable degree programme German language skills Secure knowledge of English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Individual initiative, team capacity and communication strength Strategic thinking and analytical skills Driving class B is desirable Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
