for the business and administration field as part-time representation of illness with 32 hours per week

You accompany and support young people with disabilities in professional and personal orientation. You promote the development of social skills such as team skills, communication behaviour and conflict resolution as a basis for successful integration into training and occupation. You realistically value training and professional training and bring your observations into the funding process. You motivate the participants to work independently and help them develop a realistic assessment of their individual performance.

You have completed commercial training and relevant professional experience. You are ideally trained (AEVO). You are interested in educational work with young people, work flexibly and structured. You have good computer skills, especially when dealing with Microsoft 365. You like to work in the team and convince with a competent and value-adding appearance.
