In this position, you are a central support for the commercial management and execution of construction projects and contribute significantly to compliance with the budgets: Maintenance, monitoring and updating project-related cost overviews and budgets.

Creation of target-actual comparisons and evaluations for the analysis of project progresses and possible deviations.

Examination and approval of input invoices in close coordination with the construction line.

Management and control of construction contracts, contributions, payment plans and guarantees.

Support in the commercial processing and management of our construction projects.

Work on the creation of monthly accounts, project reports and forecasts for management.

You bring an affinity to numbers and a structured way of working to master these exciting tasks: A completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman/wife, office businessman/wife, bank businessman/wife, tax specialist or a comparable qualification.

Fun in dealing with numbers and analytical skills for data processing.

Safe handling of MS Excel (creation of tables, use of formulas and evaluations).

A structured and careful way of working and a high sense of responsibility.

Teamability, strong communication strength and self-initiative.

Experience in the field of construction, project controlling or accounting is helpful, but no compelling need.
