Focus on collective labour law Negotiation, design and legal formulation of business agreements Own processing of requests and participation procedures of the works council Legal assessment of relevant facts (e.g. IT, data protection and usage guidelines) and preparation of viable negotiating positions Preparation and monitoring of monthly talks, negotiations and, if necessary, Sovereign cooperation with the works council and its legal advisers (§ 80 BetrVG) Individual labour law & labour law measures Examination, design and implementation of individual measures Principle and contract design and awareness of HR teams

Complete study of law (full legal counselin) or business lawyer with a focus on labour law Multiannual professional experience in labour law, ideally on the employer's side, in a personnel department or a law firm Knowledge of the right of establishment and experience with operating arrangements and restructuring negotiating skills, enforcement strength and diplomatic fingertips Self-employed, structured working with high self-responsibility – ideal for focused part-time work Pragmatic and solution-oriented working methods and the ability to understand complex legal issues for non-jurists
