Application Operations: You ensure the stable operation of our applications – from monitoring to performance to a fast solution of disturbances. Further development & optimization: You take requirements from our disciplines, prioritize them & sets changes as well as releases structured & targeted. Lifecycle Management: You are responsible for the entire application life cycle – from upgrades and migrations to clean documentation. Interface: You translate technical requirements into clear technical specifications for external developers & service providers for a smooth coordination of all stakeholders. Security & Support: You can secure & support users in 2nd/3rd level support through training & documentation in the form of user manuals or formulation of FAQs.
You have well-founded professional experience (approximately 3 to 5 years) in application management or in support, development or support of ERP applications (preferably SAP). You bring technical understanding among others in the fields of databases, interfaces or cloud services. You have process understanding (e.g. ITIL or agile methods). You are analytically strong & work structured. You have the following trainings: Business studies or similar trainings - this helps you understand and classify requirements from business areas Experience in class & agile project management – from planning to implementation
You bring very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English. You act responsibly & think forward-looking – you’re open to change, you pack things pragmatically & proactively & drive them forward independently. You work collaboratively & solution-oriented – you promote cooperation, develop goals and results together with other solutions.
