Controlling & reporting Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of Opole's work performance in accordance with Group guidelines Creation and maintenance of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for the holding company in Cologne Planning and analysis of financial results, including monthly financial statements, complete GuV reporting and deviation analyses compared to the budget for Cologne and Opole Provide all relevant financial information to support local management in decision-making processes Cost & performance management Control of production costs, standard costs, sales prices, margins, overhead costs and overdue receivables of both works Monitoring the risks and opportunities of the works and supporting local and regional management in identifying and implementing performance improvement measures Budgeting & Forecasting Compilation of annual budgets together with local and regional management on the basis of the set of quantities provided by the Group Implementation of cash flow forums Audit & Compliance Support for local accounting during financial audits Ensuring correct documentation and compliance with relevant requirements

3–5 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an international industrial company Customer and team-oriented working with pronounced business partnering skills Excellent communication and social skills High organizational capability, accuracy and flexibility Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Experience with SAP of advantage German and English skills Ready to travel
