Negotiation and conclusion of service contracts, monitoring and documentation of maintenance services. Examination and settlement of invoices. settlement of claims with insurance companies. Efficient complaint management.

Finded professional experience in property management or a comparable position. Completed commercial training, ideally focusing on real estate management. Safe handling of MS Office and housing software (e.g. DOMUS 4000/Navi). Communication strength and serenity in challenging situations. Negotiating skills and experience in dealing with service providers and contractual partners. Structured operation and a high degree of independence. Team spirit and fun to develop new and processes.
