You are our contact for our two managing directors and support them in strategic, administrative and organizational tasks View, edit and monitor different contract topics independently Editing different decision templates, reports and presentations is easy for you Business processes and processes are proactive You are involved in varied projects for the further development of the company Internal and external communication is of course part of everyday work for you

You already have more than 5 years of professional experience in a comparable function, like from the middle class Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are of course for you Good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and ease in using software you bring With your careful work and your sense of responsibility, you strengthen our team Humor, team spirit, hand-on mentality and the ability to look over the edge of the plate make you the right team member
