As a Data Consultant (m/f/d) at the Waldenburg site, full-time, advise and support worldwide employees in the optimal use of data analysis tools, improve the data quality and answer the entire process from the request collection to the implementation to the production of data mining, data analytics and machine learning. In addition, you control international projects, coordinate internal and external resources and support the selection of new software solutions through professional evaluations. Global advice and support for employees with regard to the possibilities of use, performance and the optimal use of existing data analysis tools as well as the analysis and improvement of data quality Responsibility for the inclusion, evaluation and determination of the performance in the area of data mining and data analytics as well as implementation, testing, user acceptance, documentation and production of requirements Identification of the corresponding raw data, design and development of the necessary data models and automation of the conversion of these raw data into decision-relevant information Support in the selection of new software solutions through the creation of load / pipeline specifications and evaluation matrices, as well as by expert evaluation of the offers Takeover of the project or project Project management in international projects in the field of data/process mining, data analytics and machine learning Coordination and control of internal IT resources, external partners and employees of the department If necessary, cooperation in projects outside their own sphere of responsibility

Completed studies such as information technology, data analytics, data science & artificial intelligence, business analytics & data science, business informatics with a focus on data analytics, statistics & data analytics, data science & analytics, big data & business analytics Multiannual professional experience, e.g. as Data Analytics Consultant, Business Intelligence (BI) Consultant, Data Science Consultant, Big Data Consultant, Machine Learning Consultant, BI & Data Analytics Consultant, Data Strategy Consultant Advanced Analytics Consultant, Data Insights Consultant (m/w/d) in an optimal case in a manufacturing company, e.g. as project manager Good knowledge of Qlik Sense Development & Data Modelling, alternative Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, IBM Cognos Analytics or good knowledge of Python, R or SQL Required expertise in ETL, data modelling, reporting, data analytics, big data, data science, business itelligence, data engineering, data management Knowledge of data structures in SAP / S/4HANA or equivalent ERP programs Analytical skills, sense of business processes and business priorities, data-driven thinking and structured thinking as well as very good communication skills in German C1 (at location is German the main language!) and English C1 (for exchange with foreign locations) Occasionally readiness to travel (share about 15 %)
