Overall responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of demanding consulting projects in the medium-sized environment Professional and organizational leadership of project teams as well as ensuring quality, budget and deadline Conception, development and implementation of integrated financial planning models (GuV, balance sheet and cash flow) to support strategic and operational decision-making processes Implementation of sound business analyses (e.g. results, liquidity, profitability and investment analyses) to identify optimization and control potentials Creation of address-oriented reports, management and decision-making templates for management, shareholders and financiers Close cooperation with clients at decision-making and owner level as well as moderation of workshops and control bodies Active participation in the acquisition of new mandates and the expansion of existing client relationships (Business Development) Responsibility for offerings, project calculations and performance descriptions Further development of the consulting portfolio in Finance & Controlling Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and professional development and coaching of consultants

A successfully completed study in economics, business management, corporate management or equivalent qualification forms the basis for this position Experience in restructuring consulting, in the analysis and strategic orientation of companies, ideally also in dealing with special business challenges A quick understanding as well as the ability to capture complex facts in a structured manner and to prepare them in a solution-oriented manner Very good communication skills, convincing appearance and professionalism in exchange with clients High team orientation, commitment and willingness to take responsibility for tasks and projects
