Strategic Configuration Manager (m/f/d)

Creation of the KM scales in the offer phase according to contractual requirements and company standards. Independent planning of the identification system as well as all KM measures for products and tools as well as the binding determination in the KM plan. Definition of the framework schedule for the creation, auditing, release and archiving of all configuration units in close coordination with the project management. Defining the external KM interfaces and agreement of cooperation with subcontractors and consortial partners at eye level. Creation of the necessary KM implementation instructions and definition of project-specific change procedures for smooth processing. Ensuring the KM quality by conducting audits and managing change‐control board sessions. Active participation in KM reporting and preparation of control-relevant KPIs for project and department management. Conception and implementation of KM training to sensitize the project teams for standards and best practices.

Successfully completed studies in engineering or a comparable technical qualification. Founded experience in configuration management and good knowledge of international KM standards, such as ISO 10007, ANSI/EIA‐649; ideally already recognized KM certification such as CMPIC or CMII. Basic knowledge of project management and system development with the desire to continuously expand knowledge. Secure handling of SAP/PLM, Windchill, Jira and SharePoint or Ready to work quickly into these tools. Very safe knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Representative communication and presentation capabilities as well as negotiation skills for internal and external partners (m/w/d). Team spirit, high sense of responsibility, enforcement power and a targeted, flexible way of working to establish standards and proactively drive complex KM topics.
