With production facilities in Germany, USA, Canada and China and a variety of international sales offices, our client is widely represented on the market. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an employee in the sales service (m/w/d), who works closely with the external service and coordinates the order processing in coordination with the customers and the internal specialist departments. (MJU/125878) You work closely with the field service, are constantly in exchange and have fixed contacts (m/w/d) You take over the order processing after technical examination and are in regular communication with the customer They are internal interface to various specialist departments, tune delivery dates and secure them You take over the administrative activities from order creation to interim accounts to final settlement They are responsible for the planning and preparation of deliveries to customers and coordinate them with internal logistics

You have successfully completed a professional training course or have a comparable qualification (qualifiers are welcome) They were ideally able to gain (first) professional experience in the internal sales service – like in industry They like independent work and have a high level of service and problem-solving orientation They are particularly distinguished by their communication and organizational strength You like to work in the team and master the MS Office package
