IT-Consultant Conversational AI (m/f/d)

Process and strategy consulting: You advise our customers on their customer service processes, identify automation potentials and develop strategies such as AI Agents KPIs (such as AHT or CSAT) can measurably improve. Workshops & Enablement: You carry out requirement workshops to define use cases, and train customer teams in dealing with Conversational AI platforms so that You can maintain their virtual agents in the long term. Prompt Engineering & Persona: You develop the “personality” of the bot and start system prompts that ensure that the agent communicates empathically, brand-compliant, targeted and within the Guardrails (Conversation Design). Low code realization: You implement the planned dialogues in the Conversational AI platform by building agents and flows as well as configuring Generative AI nodes – focusing on logic and sequence instead of complex coding. Presales & Scoping: You support our sales technically and professionally by estimating objections, helping with the creation of a range of products or showing in proof-of-concepts (PoCs) what the technology can afford.

Customer Service Expertise: Ideally, you have 3 years of experience in customer service, contact centers or CRM systems and understand how service teams work and what problems You need to solve. GenAI & Prompting Literacy: You understand the principles of LLMs, RAG and Agentic AI and have an intuitive sense of how to formulate prompts to achieve high-quality results. Experiences in relevant Conversational AI platforms such as Cognigy, Parloa, Google, Kore.ai or Amazon Lex are desirable. Analytical process thinking: You can translate chaotic business requirements into structured flow charts and clear If-Dann logics that form the basis for each functioning bot. Basic technical understanding: You are not afraid of the “click under the hood”. You understand the concept of APIs (REST), you can read JSON and know how data flows between frontend and backend. Consulting-Drive: You are proactive, service-oriented, communicate with target groups and are entitled not only to configure a software, but to create a value-giving solution for the customer. Voice & Design: You master German and English at a high level and have fun writing dialogues that don't sound like a computer, but create a positive user experience.
