You work in the team with our PMS applications, as well as Outlook and other programs. Your working day keeps changing tasks ready for the individual and within the meaning of the company. You work hand in hand with the receptions of the hotels we serve and vote accordingly. To strengthen our team, we will look for you: From now on as a Reservation Agent / Reservation Agent (m/w/d). Your tasks are: processing, supply creation, control and processing of individual reservations and group reservations Contract processing for groups? and individual customers Active sale of the room products and all services Input of reservations in the hotel booking system with the associated work processes Competent consultation of our international guests and customers on the phone and by e-mail processing of options and existing reservations Care of the PMS Opera Cloud and the third party website No problem!
