Commercial Property Manager (m/w/d) with a perspective of department management

Our client is an internal service provider for the construction and renovation of construction projects in the public sector. The range of services includes commercial buildings, residential buildings and representative construction projects with high social relevance.

As a manager for commercial building management (m/w/d), you will support a diverse portfolio of properties in all commercial matters and actively contribute to the development of the department. In doing so, you bring structure into processes, drive digitization forward and have the prospect of taking over the management of the department in the long term. The position is aimed at experienced professionals as well as dedicated junior executives who are willing to take responsibility and really move something.

Fully commercial support of the real estate portfolio: lease contract management, budgeting, reporting and operating & auxiliary cost accounting Active design and development of processes within the department - with the aim of making structures more efficient and driving digitalization Analysis and development of object strategies for sustainable value enhancement Close cooperation with the technical property management, the construction department as well as accounting and controlling Support in post-letting and contract negotiations

Complete study of real estate, business or comparable training (e.g. real estate businessman / real estate businesswoman) Multiannual professional experience in commercial property management Passion for structures, processes and digitalization - paired with a design mindset Experience in handling additional cost accounting and commercial evaluations Safe, binding occurrence and joy in cooperation with internal and external partners SAP knowledge desirable
