About us: haus ivalo GmbH is a private carrier of stationary youth assistance with two facilities in Reeßum and Achim. Our goal is to offer children and young people aged 6 to 21 years of age a stable and multi-professional environment in which You can make their lives self-determined. For our new facility in Bremen Walle, we are looking for a dedicated facility management (m/w/d), which, with experience, vision and passion, will help shape new structures and lead a strong team. Tasks and responsibilities: Management tasks – expert, disciplinary and content support of the team. Responsibility for the implementation of the offer of services and the agreements made in the aid plan. Representation of other sites. Administration – occupancy planning in coordination with the pedagogical management and management. Organisation of location-related service and holiday planning as well as management of the cash register. Support & promotion – support of the team in the daily care of children and young people. Report controlling – review of case documentation and reporting in coordination with the pedagogical management and management. Crisis Intervention – Professional dealing with crisis situations, deescalation and acute support for young people in emergencies. Educational work – promoting social, emotional and cognitive development through targeted educational measures. Parent work – Close cooperation with parents and guardians to ensure the best possible support for children and young people. Network work – cooperation with schools, youth offices, therapists and other relevant institutions to ensure holistic funding.

Requirements: Education/Studium – A completed study in Social Work, Social Education, Social Management, Educational Sciences or Comparative Qualifications (e.g. Social Worker B.A. with many years of management experience in Youth Assistance). Professional experience – experience in working with children and adolescents in a youth assistance facility as well as management experience are of advantage. Expertise – Funded knowledge in the field of youth assistance (SGB VIII), discussion and crisis intervention. Personal competencies – High empathy, communication strength, commitment and team skills characterize you. Organizational talent – You work independently and structured and can react flexibly to different situations.
