Our team from 1,300 employees provides approximately 10,700 patients with stationary and outpatient care each year. The specialist clinic is also an academic teaching hospital at LMU München. The team of the research department is also in close scientific exchange with the TU München and the TH Rosenheim. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a therapy line (m/w/d) for our Alzheimer's therapy center in full or part time. Your tasks – You can look forward to this Therapeutic work: You carry out group therapies with patients suffering from the disease, focusing on remembrance work, disease processing and movement-oriented interventions, and also carrying out neuropsychological investigations. Family work: You support and accompany relatives psychologically in the context of individual therapies, family sessions and family groups. Professional and organisational team management: You take over the technical and organizational management of the therapeutic team, conduct employee-year discussions and are available as a central contact person. Personal and therapy planning: You coordinate daily personnel deployment planning and actively participate in the department's therapy planning. Internal coordination and further development: You are regularly exchanged with the therapy management of the entire house and contribute to the further development of therapeutic concepts. Quality assurance and training: You organize internal training and supervision and work closely with quality management.

You have a completed approbation as a psychological psychotherapist or a completed master study in psychology. You bring high motivation and great commitment to therapeutic work with patients. Social competence, empathy and an appreciative approach to patients, patients and relatives are the key features. You like to work team-oriented, take responsibility and show a high degree of self-initiative.
