To be perfectly prepared for your new tasks, you will be “tracked” with us in an onboarding tailor-made for you. These include basic and specialist training as well as personal support by mentors. As a project controller (w/m/d) for the S-Bahn projects Siemensbahn and NVT-Nord, you have the chance to help shape the projects from an early stage. With the reactivation of the Siemensbahn, the 4.5 kilometres long S-Bahn route is revived in the northwestern area of the Berlin S-Bahn ring to meet new mobility needs. With the Siemensbahn, the so-called Siemensstadt Square has a direct connection to the Ringbahn. The project “Allianz Siemensbahn” is implemented as a partnership model rail (integrated project processing (IPA). With the NVT Nord, the extension of the S-Bahn line S75 from Wartenberg via the Karower Kreuz is planned as part of the #i2030 project until the integration into the S8 near Hohen Neuendorf. At the Karower Kreuz, a new railway station (“Turmbahnhof”) is to be built, on which platforms for regional and S-Bahn traffic are built on the Szczecin Railway and the outer ring. In addition, four other S-Bahn stations are planned. The project is currently in pre-planning. Your tasks: As a project controller, you are responsible for cost and appointment management during the planning and implementation phase in project management together with your team This includes setting up and updating schedules on the basis of the specified project objectives and creating project-related reports and key figures You work closely with the responsible project management and support the upcoming tasks In case of deviations in the project plan or if something goes wrong in the project, you communicate this in time and coordinate any necessary counter-control measures to return the project “on course” You keep information within the project team and consider their documentation In addition, you support the coordination of contracting services
