You guide and develop your team both professionally and distributively to achieve the best possible successes in the areas of beef, calf and syllables You guide your team so that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and all day-to-day tasks are aligned to clear goals As a manager, you take responsibility and represent the interests of the company inside and outside You go ahead with a good example and look for sales and sales growth in your region. Also in conflict situations, you keep a cool head, separate factual from personal levels and safely guide your team to solution-oriented results

You have completed training or studies in agriculture You have several years of experience in the sales sector and brings leadership experience You have a well-founded knowledge of the feeding of dairy cows, calf breeding, the use of digital tools and feed and silo management You have experience in the ratio calculation and data evaluation (e.g. AMS, Melkstand, MLP), in the silocontrolling and in the handling of further sensors in the dairy sector
