Consultation and support of managers and employees in all matters of occupational and health protection Analysis of workflows and development of risk assessments, operating instructions and safety concepts Planning and implementation of training, instruction and awareness-raising Monitoring compliance with statutory, regulatory and operational health rules Participation in missions, audits and accident investigations and deriving appropriate measures Regular presence in the shop floor and execution of safety walks Further development of the Security Officers (SiBe) through workshops, training, safety tours and regular exchange of experience Close cooperation with the areas of quality and environment within the HSEQ team as well as with the company physician, executives and BG RCI

Successfully completed technical or commercial training with further training as master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) or completed studies in the technical field Recognised qualification for occupational safety in accordance with ASiG and DGUV Regulation 2 Multiannual occupational experience in the field of occupational safety, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company Good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards in occupational and health protection Impressed communication skills and safe occurrence towards employees and managers Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Openness for modern security approaches, for example BBS, as well as for the use of digital tools and AI applications Safe handling of MS Office
