In your role as a digitalization coordinator (m/w/d) at RhönEnergie Fulda GmbH you take a central position in the control and implementation of our digitalization strategy. You coordinate our digitalization portfolio, prioritise ongoing and planned projects and ensure efficient overall coordination. At an early stage, you identify and agree on dependencies between projects in order to ensure a timely implementation and to render digital development transparent You actively support the implementation of digital projects in close cooperation with our departments and IT You ensure that professional requirements are correctly implemented and digital solutions are seamlessly integrated into our processes You translate technical requirements into technical specifications, accompany the implementation of digital solutions and ensure their operability in everyday business Through clear communication and regular exchange, you promote the coordination of all stakeholders (specialities, management and IT) along our digital development goals In addition, you support change management by actively incorporating employees into the introduction of digital solutions Plan and moderate training and exchange formats to ensure the acceptance and sustainable use of new digital tools
