Support and Customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud – Account commitment to company-specific needs Close cooperation with the sales organization, the sales excellence team and marketing to analyze requirements, design technical solutions and implement them efficiently Implementation and maintenance of sales processes, including lead and opportunity management Support in the integration of Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms and process automation Support and Adjustment of Marketing Cloud – Account commitment to optimal lead generation and qualification Administration, system monitoring and regular maintenance to ensure smooth operation Implementation of reports and dashboards to display the relevant KPIs Release and test management for quality assurance User and role management Ensuring data quality, security and compliance (e.g. GDPR, authorization concept) System-oriented support, training and documentation for key users (m/w/d)

Successfully completed computer science studies, e.g. as a Diplom-Informatiker (m/w/d) or as a graduate (m/w/d) of the Computer Science (B. Sc. or M. Sc.), or a comparable qualification Ideally, at least two to four years of practical experience in the administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud, experience in marketing cloud of advantage Completion of relevant Salesforce certifications, e.g. Sales Cloud Consultant (m/w/d) and/or Advanced Administrator (m/w/d) High understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and System Architecture Experience in cooperation with sales and marketing teams Understanding modern system architectures and distributed systems Representative team and communication skills, including in cooperation with specialist departments Very good knowledge of German is required; English knowledge of advantage Place of residence in the Greater Munich or Ready to move to the Munich area
